Gail's Here! Personal Chef Service Consultation

During a free consultation in your home, together we will determine the amount of service your family requires. We will assess food likes and dislikes, portion sizes, allergies, how often my service will be needed, your special nutritional needs, and your Doctor’s recommendations. I will then prepare a suggested menu for your first service. My classic service of 4 portions each of 5 entrees and some side dishes lasts, for instance 5 days for 4 adults, 10 days for 2 adults, or 20 days for 1 adult.

After you approve the choices, a service date will be arranged. On that day, I shop locally and arrive at your home with all the food and equipment necessary to prepare and package your entrees and side dishes. The foods are labeled with reheating instructions, and refrigerated or frozen for your convenience. Your kitchen is left clean and your house smells heavenly! Gail’s Here is truly a “Personal Chef Service”.
