Gail's Here! Personal Chef Service Menu Choices

Gail’s Here! has over 300 tested recipes to draw upon to develop menus customized to your family’s likes and dislikes. Using only top quality meats and seafood, and the freshest fruits, vegetables, and herbs, I make gourmet meals for your family. No preservatives, no MSG, just home made goodness!

For each service, I will suggest dishes that meet your needs, preferences, and provide variety. My classic service of 4 portions each of 5 entrées and some side dishes lasts, for instance 5 days for 4 adults, 10 days for 2 adults, or 20 days for 1 adult. Typically, a set of entrees would consist of:

  • 1-2 Beef, Pork, or Lamb Entrées
  • 1-2 Poultry Entrées
  • 1 Seafood Entrée
  • 1 Casserole or Hearty Soup Entrée
  • Plus some appropriate side dishes and “Mom” specialties.
