  • Portions all meat and seafood entrees at 6 ozs. per person, supplying 1/2 to 3/4 of the daily pregnancy requirements for protein.
  • Includes foods rich in Omega Fatty Acids during the second half of pregnancy to aid in healthy fetal nervous system and brain development.
  • Makes specialty items just for Mom: Walnut Brownies, Soy Wheat Bread, Bran Muffins, Granola, and Salad Dressings all to support Fiber and Omega Fatty Acid levels.
